Vibrating Screen
Vibrating screens have wide applications nearly in every aspect of life, processing or production. They are mainly used in the industries of mine, coal, smelting, building materials, light industries, chemical industries, medicine and food.
The main advantage of Sytechs screens is their ability to handle large loads of material compared to their modest size. The Sytechs screens are often used instead of a slot sizer for removal of natural fines before crushers for separation of material for different crushing stages. Suits also final products of natural gravel. Suitable screening media are rubber, wire or plate elements for the top deck, and wire mesh at the lower decks
Operating principle and design features:
● This vibrator of the screen is of eccentric mass type and it is driven by an electric motor , via a triangle rubber belt.
- This vibratory screen consists of a screen box, a vibrator, a damper of springs and a supporting frame. The screen box is of frame-type configuration, which is connected by rivets in groove rings and which is of advanced design, solid and durable. The vibrator consists of an eccentric shaft plus an eccentric block, with adjustable vibration amplitude. The he dampers are consisted of steel-made spiral springs.
