On the basis of combining advanced technologies of mixing towers and mixing stations, The SSCP conveyor feeding mixing plant has been designed to produce various types of concrete including quaking concrete and hard concrete. With high efficiency and productivity , The SSCP plants are widely used in medium scale building projects, roads and bridges construction projects, concrete products prefabricating plants as well as in concrete production for commercial use.

Main Features of SSCP-H Concrete Batching Plant

1)  The mixing system adopts SJS series of twin shaft concrete mixer featuring high mixing efficiency, short mixing time, long lasting quick-wear parts and easy maintenance.

2)  It adopts the latest control technology ( electronic weighing system, computer control and digital display) to guarantee the required concrete mix design.

3) The Load cells weighing system provides automatic compensation and high accuracy. It also acts as shock absorber during the hoppers filling process.

4)  The conveyor feeding system is used on medium to large size plants ( 60 to 150 m³/hr) for feeding aggregates to the mixer. Such design results in small installation space.

5)The plants are supplied with Mixer lubrication system, , Cement & additive hoppers/system, Air compressor, Control room with PLC control system
