Portable heavy duty weighbridge
The Sytechs Heavy Duty series Portable Weighbridge is a new generation product with stronger and durable steel foundation and platform structure , designed to serve in the toughest conditions. Our weighbridges are manufactured as per North American Sytechs design and specifications. The portable weighbridge is supplied with steel foundation and steel ramps which eliminate the need for concrete foundation and increase the flexibility to move the weighbridge from one site to another.
The main beam is made of rigid modular sections like I-Steel, and more than 6mm beam thickness, bended by machines which improves the durability and quality of the complete structure and platform . High quality steel plates are selected and used for its top platform, and the scale platform is reasonably pieced into 6 pieces beam in closed frame. The Platform and the steel foundation are manufactured using special CO2 carbon dioxide gas arc welding and auto submerged arc welding technique with high precision measuring equipment of space positioning to deliver high accuracy in platform space geometry-dimensions and a rational distribution of weld stress. The weighbridge is supplied with Digital Load cells, water proof Aluminum junction box, Digital monitoring system and Weighing Scale Management software. Optional: The Sytechs Portable Heavy Duty Weighbridge can be supplied with smooth or Anti Slippage platform.
