STATIONARY HEAVY DUTY WEIGHBRIDGES
Sytechs Heavy Duty series Stationary Weighbridge is a new generation product with stronger and durable platform structure , designed to serve in the toughest conditions. The weighbridges are manufactured as per North American Sytechs design and specifications.
The main beam is made of rigid modular sections like I-Steel, and more than 6mm beam thickness, bended by machines which improves the durability and quality of the complete structure and platform
High quality steel plates are selected and used for its top platform, and the scale platform is reasonably pieced into 6 pieces beam in closed frame.
Platforms are manufactured using special CO2 carbon dioxide gas arc welding and auto submerged arc welding technique with high precision measuring equipment of space positioning to deliver high accuracy in platform space geometry-dimensions and a rational distribution of weld stress
The stationary weighbridge is supplied without a steel foundation and therefore a concrete foundation will be required for its installation. An engineering drawings of the foundation will be released to the client for the casting of the foundation.
The weighbridge is supplied with Digital Load cells, water proof Aluminum junction box, Digital monitoring system and Weighing Scale Management software.
Optional: The Sytechs Heavy Duty Weighbridge can be supplied with smooth or Anti Slippage platform.
