Concrete Vibrator
The Concrete Vibrators are designed to provide vibration during the laying/casting of concrete pavement and prior to the leveling of the concrete by concrete paver. The mobile concrete vibrators are equipped with high frequency electric vibrators to provide continuous and reliable source of vibration for your concrete pavement. The system incorporates a truss mounted electrical vibrators equipped with side rollers and driven by electric motors.

FEATURES
Paver rolls on U channels, with channel height controlling pavement thickness. Concrete is poured in front of the paver and across the width between the U channels.
Distance between U channels varies to meet pavement width requirements, not exceeding max roller width. Powered by electric motor with gearbox for better traction; optional diesel engine available per customer needs.
Mechanical concrete vibrators for improved compaction. High-speed plastering roller available as an option.
