The Tracked Mobile Hydro Cone Crusher serves high-capacity Secondary, Tertiary, and Quaternary duties. Using SS-H/S Hydro Cones with chamber adjustment, it adapts chambers and eccentric throws at a button press, ensuring flexible applications. Its tracked system integrates a heavy-duty variable-speed feeder, a Cummins engine with Stamford alternator for self-power, and PLC with remote controls. A discharge screen and return conveyor manage pre-screening and recycling of material.

TMC tracked mobile crusher operates in open or closed circuit, equipped with ST-SS/SH Single Shaft Hydro Cone Crusher for high capacity, strong reduction efficiency, and excellent product shape. PLC-based intelligent control keeps the crusher choke-fed for optimal “rock-on-rock” crushing and integrates full automation, interlocking processes, sensors, and metal-detection for trouble-free operation.

Custom-designed feeder, hydraulically foldable feed conveyor with frequency inverter speed control, plus main and discharge conveyors with impact bars, scraper, and guiding rolls for reliable transfer. Includes a vibrating pre-screen above the discharge conveyor and a return conveyor for recirculating oversize back to the cone crusher.

Powered by a Cummins-driven diesel generator with Stamford alternator; electrical system includes 400V AC main, 230V AC control, and 24V DC circuits, easily adapted to mains supply. Machine meets CE safety requirements with full guarding, emergency stop buttons, warning flash lights/sirens, and strategically placed sensors to prevent breakdowns.

Platforms and walkways around the crusher, screen, and power pack provide full access for inspection and maintenance. Floodlights enable night operation, and automated monitoring ensures continuous, stable, and productive performance.
