WPC Portable Cone
The Wheel-Mounted Portable Cone Crusher is a next-generation product developed by Sytechs. Its design for secondary and tertiary crushing combines flexibility, easy installation, and enhanced modularity, making it ideal for medium to hard stone in quarry and mining operations. The WPC series offers three distinct mobile cone crusher configurations mounted with a feeder, a screen, or both alongside the main cone. Each series is engineered to deliver high performance, adaptability, and operational efficiency.

FEATURES
ST-MW-C models feature adjustable-speed feeding belts and a 4.5 m³ transfer silo for consistent, energy-efficient material flow. Hopper accommodates loader feeding, preventing idle material from entering the crushing process.
Main unit integrates a hydraulic cone crusher for stable performance. Can be paired with return screening equipment to form a standalone crushing station with flexible layouts.
Requires only basic leveling and compaction; hydraulic cylinder legs deploy automatically. No concrete foundation needed. Mobile chassis can be containerized, reducing shipping costs and protecting equipment from sea corrosion.
Belt conveyors are mounted directly on the vehicle, minimizing installation and easing relocation. Frame and tire modules allow quick switching between frame-type and tire-type setups for multiple configuration options.
